AmCham Bahrain, in collaboration with BBC Monitoring, is hosting a webinar titled "Macroeconomic & Geopolitical Overview in the GCC: Media Insights," featuring guest speaker Omneya El Naggar, Journalist at BBC Monitoring. This event is exclusively for AmCham members across the GCC and will take place on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026.

The webinar will feature an analysis of the region's macroeconomic and geopolitical landscape, focusing on the implications for GCC-Iran relations and the U.S. military presence. It will examine the potential pathways the GCC can take to navigate current crises while maintaining regional order. Additionally, highlights of the analysis will include reflections on how the media portrays these dynamics and the emerging themes related to security in the Gulf.
